In the free-to-play online game Wayfinder, the players move a character across the landscape, in search of tokens that reveal lyrical fragments hidden in the wind. They collect tokens and string them together to form haiku-like poetry, recovering lost memories of nature.
Returning the memories once you’ve collected enough to the Origin Tree at the centre of the world, advances the player to the next stage of the experience and, according to the game’s website, brings them “closer to fully restoring nature’s balance”.
